QUORN MEATBALLS

THIS RECIPE MADE MORE SAUCE THAN SHOWN. HALF A RED ONION PEPPER GARLIC AND COURGETTE 8 QUORN MEATBALLS FRIED IN FRY LITE, WHEN VEG SOFT AND MEATBALLS NEARLY COOKED ADD PASSATA OREGANO BASIL AND IF U WANT LITTLE BIT OF CHILLI BRING TO BOIL AND SIMMER THE BETTER IT IS THE LONGER U SIMMER. X
