BAKED BEAN LASAGNE
2X TINS BAKED BEANS, 1 TIN CHOPPED TOMS (BUT I USED 6 TBS OF PASATTA AS I HAD SOME IN THE FRIDGE,1 PEPPER,1 RED ONION,I ALSO ADDED COURGETTE AND MUSHROOMS AS WELL JUST TO BULK IT OUT,1 CLOVE GARLIC,1 TBSP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE AND 1 TBS SOY SAUCE AND 1 TSP PAPRIKA
FRY OINIONS PEPPERS COURGETTES AND MUSHROOMS WITH FRYLIGHT UNTIL SOFT, THEN ADD ALL WET STUFF, LAYER IN A DISH LIKE YOU WOULD NORMAL LASAGNE, (COULD ALSO ADD COTTAGE CHEESE TO THIS) THEN COVER WITH FOIL BAKE IN OVEN FOR 20 MINS ON 180-200, THEN UNCOVER AND ADD CHEESE (HEALTHY EXTRA) AND COOK UNTIL MELTED AND GOLDEN

ReplyDeleteHi it's zero syns! You can use cheese as a healthy extra or cottage cheese which is free! All other ingredients are free on Extra Easy and Green.

ReplyDeleteYes huni layer bottom with lasagne sheet then sauce then lasagne sheet keep repeating at least 3 layers
DeleteJust about to make this for dinner for my husband and I. It may serve 4 but I will be using cottage cheese so if I'm hungry I can have 2 portions

DeleteBack when I wasn't on slimming world one of my favorite meals was any the old el paso kits, tried this the other week and it is so similar flavours I love it and so did the kids and hubby. It is now a weekly meal! :)
